The design process begins with the review of single-line structural diagrams and utilizes specialized software such as ETABS, SAP, TEKLA Structures, and AUTOCAD to produce detailed fabrication drawings.
Detailing & Fabrication Documentation
Sazvar Sazeh Azarestan
Development of 3D models, detailed shop drawings for fabrication and assembly, erection drawings, part lists and material take-offs based on design documentation and project specifications. Shop drawings include all dimensional details, connections, welds, bolts, and tolerances required for accurate fabrication of components in the workshop. After the shop drawings are prepared, they are submitted to the client for final approval and subsequently forwarded to the manufacturing engineering department for raw material estimation.
Specialized Analysis & Consulting
Sazvar Sazeh Azarestan
Specialized structural analysis including finite element, seismic and dynamic analysis, stability assessment, and evaluation of structural components and connections as required by the project. These analyses are performed using advanced software and validate design integrity beyond standard code calculations.
