The following activities are performed in the contract’s affairs unit of Sazvarsazeh Azarestan Company

  1. Preparation of tender / auction documents
  2. Preparing the text of the contract / draft contract with all contractors, employers, consultants, purchases, services, etc. and submitting it to the CEO for approval.
  3. Supervising the implementation of all clauses of contract.
  4. Responsibility for reviewing and approving the contractors’ invoices in terms of compliance with the contract.
  5. Checking the payment of prepayment installments according to the provisions of the contract
  6. Review of contract texts at the time of bidding.
  7. Carrying out research on the contract parties (employer, contractor, etc.).
  8. Prepare case reports to be submitted to the CEO according to the order.
  9. Pursue company safety competence.
  10. Pursue the qualification and ranking of the company.
  11. Tracking and certifications and ISOs of the company.
  12. Tracking and obtaining the social security checkout bill(mafasa heseb tamin ejtemaie)
